Rico Harris was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana. He attended Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, for the Army ROTC program and gonna be LT for his army base job last 2013. 

He was involved with an organization called Ebony Club as a Public Relations in 2008 and Vice President in 2010. Also, he was involved with an organization outside of his college. He was a Vice President for a Head Start school where his youngest daughter attended during 2012. Harris has three beautiful and intelligent daughters. All daughters have been waiting for him to come home with family, including his girlfriend. 

He doesn’t have any criminal history and no arrest record in his whole life. Most communities, families, and friends know that he is very good man.
